About the Author

I decided to start this because I wanted to write a blog that was a bit different from any other blogs I have ever written. I began my blogging days with Xanga over 6 years ago and spent much of those days using it as a public diary and a forum for my thoughts and feelings. I poured a lot into that blog and eventually stopped using Xanga for that same reason. I closed that chapter of my life and stopped blogging for a while.

In 2008, I opened a new private blog because I missed writing. I wrote less about my life and more about topics, ideas, and thoughts. I still write there on a regular basis. On a past vacation, I decided I wanted to start another blog; one that was different. This is it.

I would describe myself as a fairly nonchalant guy with a sarcastic sense of humour. While I’m pretty laid back, I am passionate about the things I care about. I wear my heart on my sleeve but I don’t often get too high or too low. If you have any questions for me, feel free to ask me!

I have chosen not to write my name on this blog, but those that find it through my FB or MSN obviously know who I am. I think that if the story is meaningful, the person behind the story does not matter. When I refer to “I”, I really am referring to myself, whereas other characters in stories may refer to myself or someone else. Names and genders may be changed to preserve anonymity.ย  Feel free to leave a commentย with any questions/suggestions/comments.

I love this!!! It reminds me of a book I read…where these two met on a blog..but they never saw pictures of each other. They decided to meet and they fell in love. There’s more to the story, but of course this somewhat reminded me of the book because the woman says something similar to what you just said : ) happy blogging!

  3. Thanks for stopping by!

I miss Xanga too! Oh my God, those were the days where almost every classmate had an Xanga blog and all we did was just post about our lives and love… oh and the feeling of posting just one sentence into an entry and not considering it as spam.. haha, I really do miss microblogging.

And hello to another Vancouverite! ๐Ÿ˜€

  4. Enjoy reading your stories! Oh I so remember my Xanga days. Glad to say I’ve closed that chapter of writing there. Good to know another Vancouverite blogger ๐Ÿ™‚
